Stefania Kalogeraki is Associate Professor of Quantitative Methods in Sociology and Social Demography at the Department of Sociology, University of Crete (Greece).
She holds a BSc in Statistics (1998, Athens University of Economics and Business, Greece), an MA in Sociology with Research Training (2002, University of Reading, UK) and a Ph.D in Sociology (2007, University of Reading, UK). She has participated in different European research projects such as GGCRISI (Greek-German Ministries Cooperation), LIVEWHAT (FP7) and TransSOL (HORIZON), EURYKA (HORIZON) and worked as the principal investigator in Greek research projects.
She has published two books/monographs (in Greek), been editor/co-editor in three edited volumes (in Greek and in English) and published numerous articles/book chapters (in Greek, in English and in German). Her main research interests focus on quantitative comparative social research, questionnaire design, social demographic analysis and mixed method designs.
