The Region of Crete, through the Regional Observatory for Social Inclusion, in cooperation with all local authorities, welfare structures and civil society organizations, expands the protection net to the vulnerable groups of the population. Under the intensity of the social consequences of the pandemic, related to poverty and social exclusion, requires our effective intervention, at regional and local level.
The Region of Crete will take the appropriate initiatives to improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of Crete. This is an initiative that will demonstrate the dynamics of local government in addressing the needs of local communities through geographically focused interventions.
